Baldur Öxdal, Head Chef de cuisine and owner.

Owner and head chef, Baldur Öxdal Halldórsson trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York in 1986–1987 and received pastry chef training at the prestigious Richemont Professional School in Lucerne from 1988–1989, where he learned the fine craft of the pastry chef and the secrets behind a great dessert, developed interest in the art of chocolate as well as food styling and hotel management.
